

Boil Water Advisory (BWA) issued for the Drinking Water System at the Village of South River Distribution System
Be advised that all users on the South River water system for drinking and other purposes must be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute to render water safe for drinking. The following preventative measures must be taken advise persons using the water supply that the water should not be used for drinking unless it is first brought to a rolling boil for one minute. Commercially available bottled water can be used as an alternative.
This order is in effect until further notice and was caused by a malfunction of equipment at the water treatment plant. We apologize for the inconvenience.
