WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING
Monday, June 28th, 2021 at 5:30 P.M.
at the Council Chambers, Municipal Office, 63 Marie Street, South River
1. The proposal is initiated by the Village of South River is to amend the existing zoning from Open Space (OS) to Second Density
Residential (R2) to allow the property to be used for a detached dwelling. It is municipally known as 68 Riverside Avenue.
2. The Village of South River has initiated a zoning by-law amendment to apply regulations pertaining specifically to shipping containers.
