TOTAL FIRE BAN IN AFFECT
The Village of South River and the Township of Machar are in a Restricted Fire Zone. A Total Fire Ban is in affect.
At 12:01 on June first the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry have put in place a Restricted Fire Zone in place. During a restricted Fire Zone all open air burning including campfires is prohibited. Our department will review the conditions locally when the Restricted Fire Zone is lifted.
