The proposal initiated by the Village of South River is to amend the existing zoning Downtown Commercial (C1) Zone subject to Special Provision No. 8 to allow the property to be used for residential purposes as a single family dwelling, and further the existing first floor area can be used to permit a dwelling unit and commercial area(s), and there be no maxima on the area of the residential dwelling. It is municipally known as 92 Ottawa Ave.
